small room rude staff
The location was good.
The reception staff was not cute. Our room was small, and the bathroom water wasn't very hot. Staff chatted loudly to guests in the room opposite ours late at night and early the next morning. This woke us. THE parking was full, so we parked elsewhere.

great location and pleasant room
comfy bed soft pillows complimentary water
the room size was good and included a bath tub. the bed proved very comfy with soft duvet and pillows. complimentary water and tea and coffee facilities were available in the room. everything needed for a shower or bath was present.
the hotel car park was difficult to find. i ended up using st james ncp. the hotel verified the parking ticket, so i got parking for free. the mirror's positioning made it difficult to properly assess appearance.

the staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. they were very responsive to requests and provided quick assistance when needed. the breakfast service team was very warm and cute.

attentive staff hot dishes convenient access
The staff was attentive and quick to help with directions. I found this to be quite wonderful. breakfast featured various options, including hot and cold dishes. the location proved really good because it allowed convenient access to the surrounding areas.
The room faced a noisy street. Loud music continued late into the night, which somewhat affected my sleep.

limited cleaning extra toiletries
The room was ok at first glance. HOWEVER, the rooms only get cleaned every 3 days now. I think it is to save money. We didn't get extra toiletries so i asked for toilet roll. It feels cheap and I didn't like it.

The minibar was not restocked daily , which was inconvenient. The ice machine on my floor was out of service during my entire stay. I had to go to another floor each time I wanted ice. The television remote control had worn-out batteries , requiring replacement.

Solid stay with minor hiccups
cute receptionist interconnecting rooms
Douglas at reception was cute and quickly checked me in. He found us two interconnecting double rooms at the same price after some confusion. I appreciated that checkout time was midday, offering flexibility.
The air conditioning did not work in my superior double room. The screen said 'time to clean the filter' though nobody addressed this . Rooms only get cleaned every three days during longer stays.

Breakfast was plentiful with all sorts of choices. The breakfast service team was warm, and I was very happy with breakfast. I especially recommend this to families planning to visit.

The hotel is in a very good central location. The hotel had great parking. I've read other reviews about the car park. I did not have issues with finding it. THE spaces ARE, however, very tight to get into.
