The room was ok at first glance. HOWEVER, the rooms only get cleaned every 3 days now. I think it is to save money. We didn't get extra toiletries so i asked for toilet roll. It feels cheap and I didn't like it.

The minibar was not restocked daily , which was inconvenient. The ice machine on my floor was out of service during my entire stay. I had to go to another floor each time I wanted ice. The television remote control had worn-out batteries , requiring replacement.

Douglas at reception was cute and quickly checked me in. He found us two interconnecting double rooms at the same price after some confusion. I appreciated that checkout time was midday, offering flexibility.
The air conditioning did not work in my superior double room. The screen said 'time to clean the filter' though nobody addressed this . Rooms only get cleaned every three days during longer stays.

Breakfast was plentiful with all sorts of choices. The breakfast service team was warm, and I was very happy with breakfast. I especially recommend this to families planning to visit.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfy offering all the facilities I required. The large double bed was two singles pushed together. The mattresses kept sliding off the base.

The hotel is in a very good central location. The hotel had great parking; I've read other reviews about the car park. I did not have issues with finding it. THE spaces ARE, however, very tight to get into.
